Besan Ki Katli


💥Ghee – 2 Tbsp
💥Besan – 50 Gm
💥Roasted Peanut powder – 50 Gm
💥Brown Sugar – 1/4 cup
💥Low fat milk – 1/2 cup
💥Cardamom Powder – 1/2 Tsp
💥Protein powder – 1 Scoop


  1. In a pan add ghee and roast the Besan until 6 to 7 mins for raw smell to go off.
  2. Then add roasted peanuts powder and roast nicely.
  3. Add brown sugar and cardamom and pour milk to combine the mixture well.
  4. Let the mix cool down and add protein powder then spread a thin layer on parchment paper. Let it sit for half n hour. And cut into desired shape.
