Besan Ki Katli
Ingredients
💥Ghee – 2 Tbsp
💥Besan – 50 Gm
💥Roasted Peanut powder – 50 Gm
💥Brown Sugar – 1/4 cup
💥Low fat milk – 1/2 cup
💥Cardamom Powder – 1/2 Tsp
💥Protein powder – 1 Scoop
Method
- In a pan add ghee and roast the Besan until 6 to 7 mins for raw smell to go off.
- Then add roasted peanuts powder and roast nicely.
- Add brown sugar and cardamom and pour milk to combine the mixture well.
- Let the mix cool down and add protein powder then spread a thin layer on parchment paper. Let it sit for half n hour. And cut into desired shape.
