Coffee Caramel Protein French Toast

Ingredients

1/ 2 cup Plant based Milk
1scoop Origin Nutrition Vegan Protein (Coffee Caramel)
1/ 2 tbsp Ground flaxseed
1tbsp Almond butter
2 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup
2 slices Sourdough bread
Coconut oil for frying

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients except the sourdough bread and oil in a dish.
  • Soak the bread in the mixture and coat it on both sides.
  • Make sure that the bread soaks in all the delicious goodness for at least 5 minutes.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Pour in some coconut oil.
  • Fry the bread on both sides until golden brown.
  • Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup and topped with fresh fruits.
