Home style Sweet Potato

Ingredients

1) 2 Sweet Potatoes (Peeled)
2) 2 Small Carrots
3) 1 Onion
4) 1 tsp Salt
5) 1/2 tsp Paprika Powder
6) 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
7) 2 Scoops of Origin Nutrition’s Unflavoured Protein
8) Vegan Mayo

Method

• Peel 2 raw sweet potatoes
• Cut them into wedges
• Chop one onion and carrot
• Season all the veggies with salt, paprika powder, protein powder and lemon.
• Bake it at 180°C for 20 mins
• Serve it up in a plate with some vegan mayonnaise
