Sabudana Thalipeeth

Ingredients

1/2 cup Sabudana

1 1/2 potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed)

1 scoop Origin Nutrition Daily Vegan Protein (Unflavoured)

A pinch of cumin powder

3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

1 teaspoon jaggery powder

1 teaspoon lime juice

4 tablespoons peanuts (roasted and ground into a powder)

Method

  • Soak your sabudana for 5-6 hours in water.
  • Drain the water well and keep the sabudana aside in a bowl. Make sure it is dry. Now add in all the other ingredients and mix well. 
  • Place a pan over medium heat and spread it with a little oil.
  • Place a ball of the sabudana mixture in the palm of your hand and flatten till it resembles a pancake.
  • Place on the pan and cook till both sides are golden brown. Flip it over a few times till it is evenly cooked. 
  • Repeat for the rest of the mixture.
  • Serve hot with pudina chutney.
