Vanilla Matcha Chia Pudding


1/4 cup chia seeds
2tsp Matcha
200ml soy/almond milk
1 sachet of Origin Nutrition’s Vanilla Flavour Daily Vegan Protein
1 ripe mango, diced
Optional: sweetener of your choice (agave, maple syrup, etc.)


  • In a bowl, mix chia seeds, matcha, protein powder, sweetener of your choice, and almond milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the chia seeds to expand and the flavors to meld.
  • In the morning, give the pudding a final stir and serve chilled. Top with yogurt and diced mango or your favorite toppings for a deliciously satisfying breakfast!
