Ingredients 100g cashews Juice of 1 lime 3 tbsp coconut cream 1 tbsp curry powder 1/2 scoop Origin Nutrition Vegan Protein (Unflavoured) Salt to taste Method Put all the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth, then season to taste. If the mixture is thick, add a little more lime juice or cold water. Pour into a bowl and serve with veggie sticks!
