
High Protein Beetroot Tikki

Ingredients
- Boiled Chola – 1 cup
- Origin Unflavoured Protein Powder – 2 scoops
- Grated beetroot – 1 pc
- Grated carrot – 1/2 pc
- Chilli – 1
- Ginger – 1 tsp
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1.5 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tsp

Methods
- Soak the chickpeas overnight and boil until they are soft. Drain the water and mash them well.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed chickpeas, Origin Unflavored Protein Powder, grated beetroot, grated carrot, green chili, and ginger.
- Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, and lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly until you get a well-combined dough-like consistency.
- Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a flat, round patty. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Heat a non-stick pan with a bit of oil. Place the tikkis on the pan and cook on medium heat until they turn golden brown and slightly crispy on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Your beetroot protein tikkis are ready! Serve them hot with mint chutney
