
High-Protein Carrot Halwa

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Vegan Ghee
- 4 cups Grated Carrot
- 1 scoop Origin Nutrition’s Vanilla Plant Protein Powder
- 1½ cups Boiled Almond Milk (Vegan)
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- Saffron (optional)
- Pistachios, Cashews, Sliced Almonds

Methods
- In a wide saucepan, heat vegan ghee and sauté the grated carrots for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the vanilla plant protein powder into the almond milk, then pour it into the pan with the carrots.
- Cook until the milk is absorbed, then add sugar and cook until moisture evaporates.
- Stir in cardamom powder and saffron, then add vegan ghee and mix well.
- Top with pistachios, cashews, and sliced almonds.
Gajar ka halwa is ready to enjoy!
