
High Protein Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- ½ cup oats
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp flaxseed powder
- 3-4 tbsp sugar
- 1 scoop chocolate Origin protein powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup coconut milk

Methods
- Start by grinding the oats into a fine powder using a blender
- In a blender, add the ground oats, banana, cocoa powder, flaxseed powder, sugar, Origin Nutrition Chocolate Protein Powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Pour in the coconut milk and blend everything until you have a smooth batte
- Pour the batter into a greased or lined cake mould.
- Steam the batter for 10-15 minutes on medium heat until it’s fully cooked
- Let the cake cool slightly, then enjoy your delicious, high-protein chocolate cake!
