High-Protein Chocolate Chips Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup jaggery
3 tablespoons powdered chia seeds
2 scoops Origin Nutrition Vegan Protein (Vanilla)
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180.
- Mix everything together in a bowl. Using your hands, form 10-12 balls of cookie dough and place them on the lined sheet.
- Press down on each cookie to form a cookie shape.
- Bake the cookies for 8-9 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown. Remove from oven and let them cool down before serving.
