2 potatoes (boiled and peeled)
2 heads of garlic
Olive oil
3/4 scoop Origin Nutrition Vegan Protein (Unflavored)
Rosemary
Sea salt
Pepper

Method
- Roast 2 heads of garlic (the secret ingredient????) sprinkled with some olive oil & sea salt in a preheated oven at 200C for 30-40 mins.
- Extract the paste out of the garlic
- Boil the potatoes, add some pepper, olive oil, roasted garlic paste & Origin Nutrition’s Unflavored Vegan Protein to give it a protein boost!
- Mash well and top it with dried rosemary or chili flakes.
