Ingredients
2 tsp cooking oil
1 large tomato, chopped
1 large onion
1 green chilli
1 date (any variety), pitted
1 tablespoon tamarind paste
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon black mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
Sea salt, to taste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 scoop of Origin Vegan Protein (Unflavored)

Method
- Add the onion, tomato, green chilli, garlic cloves, chilli powder, tamarind paste and dates in a skillet as shown in the video and cook for a few minutes.
- Once cooled, blend the ingredients to a fine paste using a mixer.
- Add some mustard seeds, cumin seeds and chilli powder to the heated oil.
- Transfer the chutney paste to a bowl & season it with the mustard-cumin seed mixture. 5. Serve it with dosa, idly or roti and enjoy!
