4 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cookie Dough
3/4 cup almond flour
3 tablespoons almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips

Method
- Start by blending all the ingredients for the cookie dough until they meld into a delectable mixture, excluding the chocolate chips
- Once the dough is perfectly blended, add the chocolate chips by hand
- Now, it’s time to get hands-on! Break the dough into tantalizingly small pieces and roll them lovingly into luscious cookie dough balls
- Next up, blend together all the ingredients for our velvety nice cream in a high-speed blender until it transforms into a creamy mix
- Scoop generous portions into bowls
- Finally, top your creation with the homemade cookie dough balls and sprinkle on some extra chocolate chips for an indulgent finish that will leave your taste buds dancing with delight!
