High Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 55g mashed banana
  • 45g almond milk
  • 25g rolled oats
  • 20g @originprotein protein powder
  • 15g sweetener of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method

  • In a bowl mix together mashed banana and almond milk
  • In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients mentioned in the recipe
  • Add toppings of your choice
  • Microwave on high power for about 90 seconds
  • Check the texture ( it should not be sticky) and increase the seconds accordingly
  • Top it with freshly cut Mangoes and serve it immediately
