NO-BAKE Chocolate Protein Bars
Ingredients
š¹ 1Ā cupĀ almond butter
š¹ Ā¾Ā cupĀ Origin Nutrition Daily Vegan Protein (Chocolate)
š¹ 4 tablespoonsĀ maple syrup
š¹ 2 tablespoonsĀ cocoa powder
š¹ 2 tablespoons almond flour
š¹ 1 teaspoonĀ vanilla extract
š¹ Ā¼Ā teaspoonĀ salt
š¹ Ā½Ā cupĀ chocolate chipsĀ
š¹ 2 tspĀ coconut oil

Method
- Combine almond butter, Origin Nutrition Daily Vegan Protein (Chocolate) , maple syrup, almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl. Mix together to form a ball of dough.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Press the dough onto the bottom of the dish.
- Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir together, then microwave for another 30 seconds. Pour melted chocolate over the dough and spread in an even layer.
- Freeze for 5 mins. Remove from the freezer, cut into neat rectangles and serve.Ā
