Potato Garlic Mash
🔸 2 potatoes (boiled and peeled)
🔸 2 heads of garlic
🔸 Olive oil
🔸 3/4 scoop Origin Nutrition Vegan Protein (Unflavored)
🔸 Sea salt
- Roast 2 heads of garlic (the secret ingredient😉) sprinkled with some olive oil & sea salt in a preheated oven at 200C for 30-40 mins.
- Extract the paste out of the garlic
- Boil the potatoes, add some pepper, olive oil, roasted garlic paste & Origin Nutrition’s Unflavored Vegan Protein to give it a protein boost!
- Mash well and top it with dried rosemary or chili flakes.
