Strawberry Coconut Laddoo


2 cups desiccated coconut
4 tbs – Rava/semolina
1 cup cashew cream (soak cashews for 10 mins in warm water)
1.5 tbs – beetroot puree
3 tbs – jaggery
4 tbs – coconut oil
1 serving of Origin Nutrition Daily Vegan Protein (Strawberry Flavour)
3 tbs desiccated coconut for coating


First things first, grab a pan and put it over medium heat.
Toast the coconut and rava till they turn a lovely golden brown.
Add all the other ingredients and give it a good mix
Remove from heat and let the mix cool.
Take a plate and sprinkle the remaining coconut on it.
Now, roll the mix into little laddoos!
Roll them over the shredded coconut for an extra layer of awesomeness.
