1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut sugar
3 tablespoons flaxseed water mixed with 1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup Origin Nutrition Vegan Protein (Chocolate flavour)
- Mix all the ingredients one by one together in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the smooth batter in a cake tin & bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
